- 服務器和網絡設備運營與維護支援經驗：
- 熟悉配置和維護Windows Server作業系統及其相關服務（AD、DNS、DHCP）。這包括服務器安裝、配置、監控和故障排除。
- 熟悉網絡設備的操作與維護，包括配置、故障排除和性能優化，涉及交換機、路由器、無線控制器、接入點和防火牆。能夠分析網絡流量並解決網絡問題。
- 管理虛擬化平臺如VMware、Hyper-V，管理和分配虛擬機器資源的經驗。
- 管理並維護存儲設備如SAN和NAS，包括配置存儲空間和定義備份策略。
- 根據緊急程度和重要性優先處理任務，有效安排和處理任務，確保關鍵系統的穩定性和可用性。基於緊迫性和重要性分配時間和資源。
- 學士學位，計算機科學、信息技術或其他相關領域。
