Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Communicating with team members, liaising with clients, scheduling meetings, and meeting project deadlines.
* Monitoring project progress and reporting status to senior management and stakeholders.
* Coordinate and communicate with various parties to facilitate smooth progress in document submissions, material procurement, and site operations.
* Assist with ad hoc assignments as necessary.
Requirements:
* Higher Diploma in Construction, Architecture, Building Service, or related disciplines.
* 1 year of experience in the construction industry is preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered for the Junior Project Co-ordinator position.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing is an advantage.
* Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
Salary and Benefits Package:
* $22,000.00至$27,000.00（每月）
