我們是一家由香港大學衍生的生物科技公司（通過香港大學和香港科學園孵化），基於月經血液生物標記物建立整合性女性健康解決方案。我們的使命是尋找一位醫學嚴謹的領導者，推動臨床策略和醫療翻譯。
主要責任
臨床研究與監管
領導設計、實施和分析臨床研究（GCP/IRB合規性）。
管理與三級醫院、部門和主要意見領袖的臨床夥伴關係。
推動監管策略和檔案（NMPA、FDA等）；起草/審查醫療和監管文件。
臨床價值與產品翻譯
識別未滿足的臨床需求並評估新生物標誌物/技術的臨床潛力。
為R&D優先級和產品路線圖提供醫療輸入；將臨床需求轉換為產品要求和驗證計劃。
醫療知識與算法標準
開發臨床決策邏輯、標註標準和QC以支持在婦科/生殖醫學中的算法開發。
在模型訓練和驗證期間與工程/數據團隊密切合作，確保臨床準確性和適用性。
醫療溝通與領導力
建立並維護諮詢網絡；生產醫療內容（數據解讀、會議演講）。
代表公司參加學術會議，並領導科學參與。
要求（必要）
婦產科、生殖醫學、婦科腫瘤學或密切相關領域的臨床醫學博士。
在相關領域有3至8年的臨床或研究經驗。
有資格在香港（永久居民或有效工作簽證/許可）生活和工作。
能夠獨立運作臨床研究端到端（協議、道德、執行、分析）；對GCP和IRB流程有深入的理解。
熟悉診斷評估（ROC/AUC、敏感度/特異度）和常見統計學；熟練使用R、Python或SPSS。
SCI出版記錄和強大的跨功能溝通/項目管理技巧。
優先（加）
在medtech/IVD/POCT、數位健康、FemTech或生物標記物臨床開發和監管提交方面有經驗。
產品商業化、新創公司或育成中心的經驗。
MBA或醫療/健康資訊學、生物資訊學的培訓是一個加分。
在O&G/生殖醫學領域建立專家網絡，並以第一作者/共同作者身份出版；有會議演講經驗。
在醫療保健領域應用AI的興趣或實際經驗。
