Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred

Previous experience in medical claims processing

Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding, and insurance policies

Freelance capacity with remote work experience

Experience in medical products

Multilingual skills in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin (optional)

Must hold a current and valid Annual Practising Certificate from the Medical Council of Hong Kong

Business-level English (Cantonese or Japanese is a plus)
