Higher Diploma or above in computer studies

MCITP or CCNA holder would be an advantage

2 year's end-user IT support experience

Lead a team of 3 engineers for deskside support

Coordinate with vendors for spare parts logistics

Level 2 support including server and network administration

Bachelor's degree in a related field

At least 3 years' experience in system support

Proficient in Chinese and English

Provide Level 1 & 2 deskside support

Minimum 2 years' experience in deskside technical support

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Active Directory

Microsoft 365 & Azure Support expertise required

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate preferred

Experience in cloud-native and hybrid environments needed

Preferably with IT background

Fluent in English, proficient in Cantonese

Previous experience with ERP systems is a plus
