Handle SFC inquiries, ensure regulatory compliance

At least 5 years' experience in SFC-licensed company

Preference for Types 4 and 9 licensed candidates

Supervise daily customer service operations in remote banking

2-5 years of customer service or banking experience

Prior experience in major Chinese banks preferred
