Over 8 years of project management experience required

Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields; MBA preferred

Relocation to the Philippines required

Fitting-out (Office / Retail / Residential) projects experience

Good command of English and Chinese

Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office

3 years or above solid experience in Property Developer or major consultants

Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or related disciplines

Flexible working, home office opportunity

Station on site, 5.5 days work per week

Member of HKIE or other relevant professional body

Not less than 5 years relevant post-qualification experience

3+ years of project management experience

Strong understanding of gold markets and trading mechanisms

With driving license class 1 and 2 is an advantage.

Build strong relationships with customers

Occasional Travel to Asia Pacific is Required
