- 負責規劃與設計協調、執行與監督綜合開發項目
- 規劃、監控和控制工作標準，並在時間線和成本預算內交付優質結果
- 與政府部門、顧問、承包商和內部利益相關者就項目進展進行協調
- 準備設計簡報和總體布局程序
- 協助評估項目可行性
- 根據需要執行臨時指派任務
要求
- 擁有建築學研究相關學位或上學歷
- 註冊專業將是一個優勢
- 至少3至5年在香港開發商或主要顧問的堅實項目管理經驗
- 從項目啟動到完成的開發項目管理經驗
- 熟悉規劃、設計、施工、專案管理及建築法規
- 良好的演講技巧、自我動力且具有強大的領導和溝通能力的團隊合作精神
- 流利使用英語和中文（包括普通話）的書面和口語
