Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) required

Over 3 years of desktop support experience

Proficient in both Mac and Windows operating systems

Diploma or equivalent qualification required

Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain or order operations

Proficient in MS Office, SAP experience a plus

Comprehensive corporate secretarial support role

HKCGI student membership preferred

1-3 years relevant experience required

Support 7 x 24 ECO beside normal working hours

At least 2 years solid experience in PC hardware and peripherals

Possess MCSE/MCP/CCNA certification advantageous

Expert-level infrastructure support in financial services

Proven hands-on experience in Network Administrator role

Strong technical expertise in configuring firewalls, switching, routing

Software Quality Assurance Engineer for merchant acquisition

3 years or more of experience in software quality assurance

Proficiency in testing automation tools, such as Postman, K6, Selenium, and Cucumber

Diploma or equivalent academic qualification required

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

SAP system experience preferred, advanced Excel skills a plus
