Support 7 x 24 ECO beside normal working hours

At least 2 years solid experience in PC hardware and peripherals

Possess MCSE/MCP/CCNA certification advantageous

Manage and support large-scale enterprise servers

Higher Diploma/Degree (IT-related preferred)

Strong hands-on RHEL/CentOS skills

Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT application development

Solid experience in security risk assessment and audit

Proven ability to lead and manage external project implementation vendors

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 5 service desk analysts

ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable

3-5 years in IT support roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory position

Provide administrative support to management & sales staff.

Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls, staff, suppliers, and visitors.

Minimum 2 years' working experience in all-round office administration functions.

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) required

Over 3 years of desktop support experience

Proficient in both Mac and Windows operating systems
