職責：
積極地尋找和在開發新的商機 教育、醫療、公共社區和商業相關領域。
與學校行政人員、醫院採購團隊、建築師、室內設計師、政府部門和設施經理等關鍵決策者建立並保持強大的關係。
通過諮詢識別客戶需求 , 站點訪問和項目簡報討論；提出個性化的家具解決方案。
準備專業報價、簡報、提案，並對投標或專案投標進行追蹤。
實現指定的銷售目標，並為機構/商業部門的整體業務成長貢獻力量。
與設計和生產團隊密切合作，確保客戶需求得到高品質、定制化產品的滿足。
參加行業活動、展覽和網絡機會，以促進公司品牌。
提供售後支援並維護長期客戶滿意度。
要求：
商業、行銷、銷售、室內設計或相關學科的大專以上學歷。
至少1至2年銷售經驗，最好在家具、辦公室設備、內部裝修、機構供應或B2B項目銷售方面有經驗。
主動、自我動力且結果導向，具有優秀的溝通和協商技巧。
英語和粵語書面及口頭表達流利；國語是一大加分。
熟練使用MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；能夠準備專業的銷售材料。
願意為當地客戶會議/現場訪問進行旅行。
深刻理解機構市場（學校、醫院、政府/社區項目）是一個強大的優勢。
具備強烈動力和良好溝通技巧的應届毕业生亦將考慮。
