工作責任：
提供諮詢服務和項目管理，涵蓋企業受托全範圍、項目管理（包括根據要求進行的臨時項目）和行政服務
為集團公司和客戶公司準備公司秘書法定文件
為客戶安排和處理臨時郵件服務，如客戶的郵件收集、分類和記錄更新
保持和更新客戶的個人資料和公司資料夾，處理發票和付款請求
要求：
教育背景:持有商業管理、法律、會計或其他相關學位的文憑或學位。
經驗：至少3年的公司秘書職位實戰經驗，最好在一家金融機構、信託公司或聲譽良好的企業服務供應商 .處理信託結構的經驗是一大加分。
監管知識:深入理解香港公司條例、「B.V.I.和開曼群島的法律」，熟悉香港金融業的監管環境（包括AMLO要求）。
專業資格：與會香港專業秘書協會（HKICS）極為優先。
語言技能：良好的書面和口頭表達能力英語、傳統中文和普通話是有效與當地和大陸利益相關者溝通的關鍵。
能力要求：
自我動力，能在快節奏的環境中獨立工作。
極致的組織能力，注重細節。
具備強大的人際關係和溝通技巧，以專業的態度。
