Fitting-out (Office / Workplace) project experience required

Holder of safety certificate preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office

2-5 years working experience in interior contracting

Knowledge in AutoCAD & detail drawing is advantage

Strong in project management, site management

5+ years experience in construction, especially in office projects

Fluent in English/Mandarin/Cantonese

Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering / Building Technology / Construction Management

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Civil or construction sector

Proficiency in both English and Chinese

5.5 day work week
