職責
處理預合約和後合約階段，包括但不限於投標分析和投標、變更估值、成本估算、分租、延長時間索償、現金流監控、認證付款和變更，以及最終帳戶結算
從預合約到後合約工作的全面經驗，包括投標、成本估算、成本規劃、預算控制、臨時付款、處理變更單和最終賬目
在裝修項目中相關經驗的期望
領導成本管理，處理合同問題，管理臨時付款，並監督解決索償和最終賬目。
協助評估分包商的付款申請。
準備付款申請和發票。
準備並更新變異及索償狀態的定期報告。

工作要求
擁有建築量測學位/文憑/高級證書或其他相關學科
至少3年的裝修或建築承包商經驗
強大的技術背景和現場經驗
強大的問題解決和分析能力
相關專業學位或文憑，至少3年建設/室內設計/裝修領域的工作經驗，或RICS、HKIS或CIOB的註冊
