Higher Diploma or above in computer studies

MCITP or CCNA holder would be an advantage

2 year's end-user IT support experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

3 years' experience in system support

Knowledge of Windows Servers, Linux, VMware

Experience in property management or estate support is an advantage

Familiar with Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking concepts

At least 1 year of IT support experience required

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related

3+ years in system or tech support

Experience with Microsoft tools, VMware required
