Delivering on-site installation and support services

Good interpersonal and communication skills required

At least 2 years' relevant working experience

3+ years of experience in system implementation

Familiar with Windows and Linux systems

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)

Application and technical support to users

System integration test, user acceptance test, system load test, performance test

Spoken and written English and Chinese

Provide real-time technical assistance during meetings

Experience in IT support or desktop support

Knowledge of basic networking, hardware installation, and troubleshooting

Support daily operation of computer, system and hardware

Experience in data center operation preferred

Willing to work in shift duties

Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues.

Manage vendor relationships, coordinate with external suppliers, negotiate basic terms.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred

5+ years of relevant experience required

Strong knowledge of battery applications, UPS, power supply systems
