作為視覺營銷團隊的項目協調員，您將與供應商、承包商和內部部門密切合作，確保為每個客戶順利執行我們的交付成果。您將參與廣泛的項目，與世界上最知名的品牌並肩工作，與供應商和承包商協調，從頭到尾監控項目進度。
職責：
- 與內部部門、供應商和承包商協調日常生產我們的交付物（印刷品、構建、安裝、維護等）。
- 定期為客戶和管理層提供報告，以審查項目狀態。
- 執行例行檢查任務。
- 監督接收、倉儲和分發商品的日常活動，以及訂單履行。
- 利用您的組織技巧確保每個交付成果按時完成且在預算內。
- 與供應商、供應商和內部部門協調，確保所有利益相關者了解他們工作的進展和變化。
- 確保交付時間線得到滿足，並設置品質保證系統，確保生產的工作始終達到最高標準。
- 接受並實施新的工作方式，讓團隊能夠以更好、更專業的方式交付優質工作。
- 開發並成長項目計劃，跨越內部和外部，以提高整體執行卓越。
- 定期尋找新的供應商，以增加我們的多樣性和項目交付的可靠性。
- 在成本規劃和生產風險方面提供建議和解決方案。
最低資格條件:
- 在任何規模的項目管理方面有2至3年的相關經驗。
- 最好有交付物管理的履歷，包括監督管理中國大陸的工廠、工人和品質管理。
- 奢侈品行業的經驗是一大加分。
- 中文專業組織與口頭溝通技巧。
- 細心、主動且熱情，能夠同時處理多項任務並按時完成。
- 強烈的團隊合作精神，能夠有效地與多個團隊和地區的團隊成員合作。
