A: App users: Profile → Settings → Notification Preferences → Toggle specific alerts. H5/Web users: Requires backend authorization, please contact support team (processed in 1-5 business days).

Q: How to recall a sent message?

A: App users: Long-press the message → Select "Delete". Web/H5: Not supported. Please use the app for this function.

Q: How to edit my online resume?

A: Profile → Common → Online Profile → select the section you need to modify → Edit and click "Save" to update.

A: All employers need to upload Business Registration Certificates for verification. Unverified companies will display a "Security Warning". We suggest user always check verification badges and avoid sharing sensitive personal information. Report suspicious activity immediately – we will handle it promptly.

A: Use our "Report" feature immediately with evidence (e.g., chat screenshots). Our team will investigate within 5 business days.
