Job Description
- Assist in collecting, cleaning and organizing business data from different sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
- Support the production of regular business reports and visualizations, helping the team understand the trend of changes in key operating indicators (KPIs);
- Participate in cross-departmental projects, work with business units to clarify and analyze requirements, and transform business problems into feasible data analysis tasks;
- Learn and practice basic data modeling concepts, and try to build simple prediction or clustering model prototypes under guidance.
- Enrollment in local or overseas community colleges in statistics, information technology, business management, economics or related sciences, third year or above, or fresh graduates within six months;
- Data sensitivity, logical thinking and problem decomposition ability, able to independently complete structured analysis tasks and clearly present conclusions;
- Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to explain analysis results to non-technical colleagues in simple language;
- The internship must be a continuous twelve weeks or more, with at least three days of work per week, able to follow the team's rhythm and deliver progress on time.
- Provide competitive internship allowance, calculated based on actual attendance days, and paid monthly;
- Assign a senior data analyst as a mentor, provide one-on-one guidance and regular feedback, and help build a professional skills framework;
- Open participation in internal training workshops, covering data visualization tool application, business intelligence platform operation and industry case discussions;
- Outstanding performers may be given a formal employment recommendation letter and priority will be given to retaining them as full-time data analysis assistants;
- Enjoy flexible working hours (with a core time slot from 10 am to 4 pm), supporting the balance of academic and practical development.
