RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take full responsibility for all site operations and ensure all site works are planned and executed safely, with regular inspections and adherence to international standards.

• Prepare the site before construction starts, planning installations to meet safety, specifications, timelines, and budgets.

• Provide regular reports to the Senior Project Manager, including daily site diaries on project status, issues, and solutions.

• Plan and monitor material deliveries to achieve production targets while maintaining quality for all stakeholders. Solve construction problems on-site and provide feedback to company.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good verbal and written communication in at least two of the following languages: English/Mandarin/Cantonese.

• 5+ years experience within construction industry, experience with OFFICE PROJECTS is a MUST.

• Flexible, self-motivated and hands-on, with a proactive approach to work and life.

• Organized, good communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
