Job Responsibilities

Responsible for various service work in the restaurant, including food and beverage delivery, customer reception (consultation), cashier operations, table service and cleaning and maintenance, etc., depending on the business needs to flexibly support different positions.
Execute the serving and clearing process to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of dishes, and immediately clean tables, replenish cutlery, and clean the environment after dining, maintaining a smooth overall camp operation.
Strictly follow the company's service standards and sanitation regulations, implement daily operations such as environmental cleaning, dishware disinfection, and garbage sorting, and jointly maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety.
Actively integrate into the team, follow up on supervisor's instructions and shift arrangements, participate in regular meetings and service process reviews, and continuously practice the core values of the "Banyan Tree" corporate culture.

- Service positions: server, counselor, cashier, dish runner, building janitor.

Work requirements

Applicants with basic hospitality industry work experience (such as serving food, cash handling, reception, cleaning, etc.) are preferred, but those with no experience are also welcome to apply. Complete on-the-job training will be provided.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to face different groups of customers with a friendly attitude, and maintain stable emotions and professional performance under pressure.
Punctual and reliable, respectful of team collaboration, willing to learn new skills, proactive in asking questions, and honest in accepting guidance and feedback.
