Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on retirement planning and Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) schemes to corporate clients and individuals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable MPF investment strategies, fund options, and risk management solutions tailored to client objectives.
Deliver presentations and educational seminars on MPF regulations, benefits, and long-term financial planning to employers, employees, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, compliance, and operations teams to support the implementation and administration of MPF schemes for new and existing clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in pension legislation, MPF guidelines, and market trends to ensure accurate and timely guidance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CFP, CFA, or relevant MPF practitioner certification are highly desirable.
Proven experience in retirement planning, pension consulting, or financial advisory services, preferably within the Hong Kong MPF framework.
In-depth understanding of MPF ordinances, trustee operations, investment products, and tax implications related to retirement savings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage for broader client engagement.
