Job Description

To support BoVi's continuous service development and business expansion, we are seeking high-quality talents and technical experts to join our professional team. This position will work with our professional services department to unleash the outstanding potential and high-end capabilities of the position staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. IT project implementation and documentation

2. Server / virtualization / OS / storage / Private Cloud solution implementation /maintenance / migration

3. Word closely with project manager and technical lead

4. Explore, research, learn, and implement cloud solutions on ZStack, AWS, Alibaba Cloud or Google Cloud

Duties include:

1. IT project implementation and document compilation

2. Server, virtualization, operating system, storage, private cloud solution implementation, maintenance and migration

3. Explore, research, learn and implement cloud solutions on ZStack, AWS, Alibaba Cloud or Google Cloud, responsible for the design of network infrastructure and project deployment

4. Close collaboration with project managers and technical leads

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Higher-Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent

2. At least 4-year experiences in post-sales support and hands-on experience on Server / OS, virtualization / cloud, SAN storage solutions

3. Ability to work under pressure and independently

4. Strong verbal & written communication skills

5. SAN storage (e.g., Dell EMC / Huawei) and Server (Dell, H3C, HPE) experience would be advantage.

6. Experience with enterprise virtualization platform such as VMware, Hyper-V is preferable

7. Experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS) is an advantage

8. Hold a valid work visa / holder of Hong Kong citizen identity

9. Less experience would be considered System Engineer

Position requirements

2. At least 4 years of post-sales support experience, with practical experience in server/os, virtualization/cloud, SAN storage solutions

3. Candidates with SAN storage (e.g. Dell EMC/Huawei) and server (Dell/Huawei/HP) experience are preferred.

4. Candidates with enterprise virtualization platform (such as VMware, Hyper-V) experience are preferred.

5. Candidates with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience are preferred.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills

7. Able to work independently under pressure

8. Hold a valid work visa/Hold Hong Kong citizenship

9. Less experienced individuals will be considered System Engineers. If you have project experience and relevant professional certificates, please provide them.
