Duties:

1. Design teaching plans that are suitable for each system based on the HKDSE, IB, A-Level, AP English exam specifications, etc., design targeted teaching content and activities, and take on corresponding English course teaching to ensure teaching quality.

2. Accurately grasp the key points and test-taker trends of HKDSE/IB/A-Level/AP English, IELTS, TOEFL, etc., and integrate corresponding test-taking skills and strategies into teaching to enhance students’ test-taking abilities.

3. Track students’ English learning progress in different courses/exam systems, provide timely assistance and conduct personalized tutoring to help students improve their language scores and academic abilities.

4. Participate in English teaching seminars, share cross-system teaching experiences, and co-optimize teaching methods and systems for various English courses.

5. Collaborate with operations to participate in English teaching-related live broadcasts, lectures, etc. activities, showcase teaching advantages, and provide consultation and guidance for various English exam courses.

Requirements:

1. Need to hold at least one high-scoring test in a target system (such as HKDSE English, IB English, A-Level English, AP English, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), and be familiar with the corresponding test rules and scoring standards.

2. Solid English professional knowledge, with teaching ability corresponding to the English course of the corresponding system, those who have teaching experience in international courses/language exams are preferred.
