Job Responsibilities

• In-depth understanding of customers’ financial situation and investment objectives, evaluation of their risk tolerance, and provision of professional and appropriate financial planning advice

• Recommend suitable financial products based on customer needs, including savings, insurance, investment, and retirement planning schemes

• Regularly provide post-sales services to customers, assist in handling policy changes, account inquiries, and other related matters

• Participate in business training and product seminars arranged by the company to enhance professional knowledge and service quality

• Have good communication and interpersonal interaction skills, effectively build customer trust and achieve business goals

• Have a certain understanding of financial investment products or be willing to actively learn related knowledge and regulations

• Have basic computer skills, familiar with common office software such as Word, Excel, etc.

• Respect customer privacy and professional ethics, work with honesty and reliability, and take responsibility

• Accept flexible scheduling and maintain stable attendance at the Tsim Sha Tsui office location
