Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment, interviewing applicants and selecting candidates.

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing staff feedback and issues.

  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives performance.

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws.

  • Administering compensation and benefits programs.

  • Providing guidance and consultation on HR matters to other members of the organisation.

  • Experience in enhancing corporate culture.

  • Design and formulate HR policies to meet Company’s directions and align with the market best practice.

  • Review existing HR policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and compliance with local law.

  • Act as the focal point for designated departments, advise and collaborate with department managers to support business objectives.

  • Manage the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development, and exit management, etc.

  • Handle regular HR reporting and data analysis as required.

  • Stationed at PRC required.

Requirement:

  • Good education background, Bachelor degree, preferably in a Human Resources, business or related disciplines.

  • Years of related experience in the HR field, including managerial experience, experience in manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with China, Hong Kong labour laws and other related regulations, such as the labour laws in China, Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong.

  • Able to lead a team, has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua, and ability to give professional presentation in English and Putonghua is a must.

  • Proficiency in MS office applications.

It is equipped with complete supporting resources and convenient transportation. The factory covers an area of 23,000 square meters, with a production area of 16,000 square meters and more than 300 employees. All new product R&D completions must pass international standard testing. Test standards are carried out according to customer requirements, either British or American standards, such as EN581, BFMA, to ensure good weather resistance, durability and safety of the product.
