Financial Accounting

Duties:
1. Responsible for the company's daily accounting work, monthly compilation of various accounting statements of the company, and provision of financial information;

3. Responsible for the external reporting and submission of various financial statements by the finance department;
4. Responsible for the company's monthly tax declaration, statistical monthly report, industrial and commercial annual inspection, etc.;
5. Responsible for improving the company's financial processes and providing relevant information as needed;
6. Process various external affairs, such as banks, audits, taxes, and business, etc. related to finance;
7. Responsible for the binding, sorting and archiving of various accounting, tax and statistical documents of the company;
8. Perform cost calculation, management, and analysis, regularly compile cost analysis reports, strengthen cost control, and refine cost management;
9. Responsible for monthly financial budget application and post-expense budgeting for the company;
10. Responsible for the various expenses incurred by company personnel on long-distance/short-distance business trips and the corresponding audit and reimbursement;
11. Responsible for applying and paying for various expenses required for company operations.

Qualifications:
1. Familiar with accounting regulations and tax laws, and master accounting, auditing, taxation and other related business knowledge;
2. Familiar with the general taxpayer's accounting treatment;
3. Able to independently set up accounts according to the nature of the enterprise. Complete the whole process of accounting and taxation;
4. Able to use financial ERP software and office software fluently;

6. Permanent residency or a valid Hong Kong work identity
