Duties:

1. Responsible for the follow-up verification and process progress of the store sales order, mainly through telephone communication with customers.

4. Collaborate with logistics team to track order delivery status and ensure smooth handover.

5. Assist in sorting order records and ensuring accurate and complete archiving of information.

6. Timely feedback customer issues or special needs, and assist in improving service experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, no experience required, welcome fresh graduates or young job seekers.

• Quick-witted and strong learning ability, able to quickly understand and master work processes.

• Have good communication and expression skills, be affectionate and patient in telephone communication.

• Proficient in basic office software (such as Excel, Word) is preferred.

• Willing to accept training, cooperate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
