PositionResponsibilities

• Responsible for managing the daily operation, inventory management, and cost control of the fresh food department

• Lead the store team to continuously improve customer service quality and satisfaction

• Regularly evaluate the store environment and business indicators, and develop improvement measures to achieve operating goals

• Encourage and guide team members, unleash their potential and improve overall work efficiency

Requirements

• Grade Five/ Secondary School Diploma Level

• Need to have food management/supermarket experience

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Infectious, innovative, and brave to face new challenges

• Have basic computer operations knowledge
