o More than 10 years of global top ICT enterprises (Huawei, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Intel, NVIDIA, TSMC, etc.) technical research and development, architecture design or technical strategic position experience

o 10+ years of technical R&D, architecture design, or technical strategy experience at global top-tier ICT companies (Huawei, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Intel, NVIDIA, TSMC, etc.)

o Priority will be given to those with core technology patents, top conference papers or major contributions to open source projects

o Preference given to holders of core technology patents, authors of top conference papers, or significant contributors to open-source projects
